Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a crane for billing purposes?
Only active cranes in your fleet — not trucks, support vehicles, or equipment. If you have 8 cranes and 3 trucks, you're billed for 8 cranes.
What happens if I add more cranes mid-month?
Your subscription is recalculated at the start of each billing cycle based on your current crane count. Adding cranes mid-month won't affect your current month's bill.
What is the setup fee?
A one-off $1,000 setup fee covers account configuration, onboarding support, and platform integration. It is charged once when your trial ends and you activate your subscription.
What are marketplace fees?
When a customer books a crane through EzyCrane's marketplace, a commission fee applies to that job. This is separate from your monthly subscription and only charged on jobs you win.
Can I get a custom Enterprise plan?
